Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, violations of the smoking ban are subject to a fine of €250 plus the cost of cleaning, deodorizing and repairing damage.
Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Guests exceeding the number indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee.
Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys. Guests assume full responsibility for any damage, injury or loss that occurs on the property and its facilities. Guests must report all property damage to me.
Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who violate these rules will be liable for any associated damages, fees, costs or expenses.
Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the property to monitor excessive noise levels.
